Agenda Instructions

Once you have created your Connect Space account, you can proceed to register for the conference.

  1. The Agenda page will provide you with session and speaker information. During the registration process, those attending in person will be asked to confirm which day(s) you will be attending the conference. This will assist us with catering counts.
  2. To register as an individual for the Shotgun Golf Tournament, go to MAHP Golf Registration
    after you complete your conference registration to register and pay for golf ($200).
  3. To sponsor the Shotgun Golf Tournament, you can review the Golf Sponsorship Form and then go to 
    MAHP Golf Registration in order to register and pay for your golf sponsorship. You may also contact Christine Sundell at csundell@mahp.org.

Moderated by Justin Fast, Senior Consultant at Public Sector Consultants, Dr. Phil Knight and Dr. Dawn Opel of the Food Bank Council of Michigan, along with Lewis Roubal of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, will define the scope of the problem of food insecurity in Michigan, present findings from the Food Security Council's initial report and outline possibilities for solutions to Michigan food insecurity, with emphasis on opportunities for impactful cross-sector partnerships between government, community-based organizations and health care.
