Confirmation Information

Thank you for registering for the 2021 Michigan Association of Health Plans (MAHP) Summer Conference. Final details, including instructions for those attending the conference virtually, will be sent to everyone by Friday, July 23rd.

Health and Safety During the Conference: MAHP is dedicated to following all local, state and federal guidelines regarding face mask use in gatherings. Currently in Michigan, the requirement for mask wearing indoors and outdoors is scheduled to be lifted on July 1st, whether or not a person is vaccinated. If these guidelines change prior to the conference, registrants will be notified in the final details message on July 23rd.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so by July 21, via email to Diane Drago at ddrago@dmsevents.com. Full refunds, less $50, will be issued after the conference.
